VEILBREAK

Veilbreak is a 2D side-scrolling action-adventure game built entirely in JavaScript and HTML. No downloads, no installs — just open it and play.

You play as Kael, a Veilwalker with the ability to phase through cracked walls and barriers using an ability called Veilshift. The world has been shattered by a broken energy barrier called the Veil, and floating islands are slowly falling into the void. Your mission is to fight through six themed islands, defeat the boss on each one, and recover the Veil Fragments before everything collapses.

• A / D — Move
• Spacebar — Jump
• Z — Attack (hold for charged attack)
• X — Dodge
• C — Veilshift (phase through cracked walls)
• E — Interact
• Escape — Pause
